Removal of unwanted items, clean up, and provide donations for the items removed from the property, in order to prepare the property for the market.
Locate and remove ammunition and firearms from the property. When doing so, I verify that the firearm is clear, and compliant with California’s laws, and verify it’s on the Roster. When safeguarding it’s imperative to clear, and tag the firearm for safety. All ammunition and firearms will be inventoried and delivered to a local Federal Firearms License (FFL).
Complementary re-keying of the home. The client will obtain two copies for their possession. A lockbox, and supra, will be placed on the property for controlled access.
