Conduct a visual inspection of the property and take copious notes to reflect the property’s condition. A copy of the notes and photos will be provided to a licensed third-party appraiser to provide the property’s value. 

During my initial walk-through, should the estate request items to be disposed of and/or removed, my haul-away team will clean, haul away, and dispose of any debris from the property. 

Conduct a valuation of the property on the date of the decedent's property.

Donation of the property's contents: our team will categorize the items into donations, refurbishment, and trash. For all items donated to the Disabled American Veterans and refurbished items, you will receive an itemized list and donation receipt.

Once all trash and debris are removed from the property, I will have it professionally cleaned by a licensed and bonded housekeeper. 

Requesting and reviewing the preliminary title report is essential for understanding the legal aspects and potential issues associated with a property. It reveals details about the property's owners, any recorded liens against it, covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CCRs), easements, and outstanding debts.

High-resolution video and photos of the property, including drone photos. Both will include meta tags to increase SEO and increase online traffic and marketability.

Media campaigns on all major social media sites to generate maximum exposure to the property.

Remove vehicles, including RV's and boats, from the property. 

I will inspect the firearm and verify its safety and transparency before removing any firearm and ammunition from the property. The guns will be inventoried and verified if the property is compliant and reflected on the California roster. Firearms will be delivered and safeguarded at a local FFL to start the transfer and or sale of the gun.
